Best Hole Excavation in San Jose CA

DO NOT HIRE these guys. They will easily charge you at least double (if not more) than what other plumbers in the area charge. Read through the 1 and 2 star reviews and you will find this is a recurring theme.
I feel really ripped off. We needed a washer and dryer hooked up - and quickly. It's hard to operate a household with kids and no washer/dryer.
We booked them over the weekend and they said they would call back with a quote. They called my husband this morning (day of job) and told him the cost of the job, but it was too late to find someone else, as we needed the job to be completed ASAP. They knew we were in a bind and took advantage of the situation to charge us a ridiculous price of $265 for about 30 minutes of work. I wish we had gone with the plumber off of Thumbtack who offered to complete the job for $80 an hour. $40 for the job would have been more economical than $265. That is insanely high.
My advice would be to search around to find the right price. Had we known when we booked the job over the weekend that this would be the cost, we would not have booked with them.
On the positive side, they finished the job quickly and the service was good, but the crazy price negates the positive.

I emailed Freedom last Wednesday morning to have them come and provide a quote to replace the original water line on my house with a new copper line.  They showed up the same day after calling me to inspect the site.  Their pricing was reasonable and within line of other quotes I received.  We were able to settle on a price that worked for both of us!  They came out on Friday and did the work.  Very nice crew, cleaned up, and made sure I was happy with the work.  Thanks so much!
