Very response and polite. Work was well done and price reasonable. He let me know if any additional work was required it would be extra, which is understandable. He showed up when he said he would and that is very important to me. I would use again when we need some more work done.

Nice job on the air conditioning install and furnace replacement.  They were very competitive with regard to price (I got 3-4 estimates, and also got the job done well and in a timely fashion.  Everything was very transparent.   The crew cleaned up everything completely.   NOTE:  it might take a few extra days for the estimate (for me it took about 6 or 7 days after the initial phone call before they could come out), but just be patient, it is worth the wait--after the estimator came to the house, I was able to contact him directly on his cell phone  with specific questions regarding the estimate and the job (and he answered his phone every time, even after hours and even on a Sunday evening--if you are an EAGER BEAVER that answers your phone after hours and on a Sunday that is a BIG PLUS).   Also, don't be discouraged that a secretary/phone answering crew answers your phone call (instead of the owner or installer) because they are quite competent and receptive.

I had a leaky tub faucet. Ray was able to come by on the weekend and take a look at it. Under normal circumstances it should be a simple replacement of some washers. However due to the age of the hardware and a previously botched repair job it took some more work. Ray was able to handle it despite the difficulties. He was also very personable and explained what he was doing clearly. The price was reasonable. I would call them again if I need help in the future.

I have been having issues with my plumbing for over a year and had multiple attempts in hope to fix them with no results (service was provided not by Fuse in the past), yesterday Nikolay (Nick) came and he was able to fix the issue in the matter of seconds and I am not even exaggerating . I am very impressed with Nikolay's knowledge on how plumbing works; also I am very impressed with his willingness to explain all details on why the system did not work in the past and how exactly he fixed it. I highly recommend Fuse to other people and especially I highly recommend Nikolay in helping you with your house problems. No only he is a very knowledgeable guy, but also very friendly, professional and efficient. Way to go Fuse, way to go Nikolay, very happy with the service provided.
