Best Backfilling in San Jose CA

Last night around 10 p.m., we suffered a toilet clog mishap...toilet training at its best. I think our toddler accidentally flushed a wipe along with her #2. We called around to various plumbers we saw on Yelp, and Bayshore was the only one who had someone answer the phone. I think we spoke with Juan, the owner or manager. He said he could have someone out this morning between 8-10. Perfect. This morning at 7:55, they came to the door! Amazing! Mario and Baldomero came in (and wore shoeguards without me asking!) and diagnosed the clog quickly. We lucked out with needing only about 40 seconds of the hand-held auger, and the clog was freed! They even fixed a low-flow faucet in a different bathroom that had been bugging us for over a year--and they didn't even charge extra for that. Now THAT is the way to provide great customer service!

I found Freddy and his crew to be reliable, hard working and easy to deal with. They had to spend more time on my project than expected but were very good about sticking with it to make sure that I was well taken care of and satisfied. A good choice for sure
