Your company is a joke. I really liked John D, who gave me a quote to which I agreed to have the work done. Will in your office is completely unreasonable, over-rode the quote and went up to $2200 to pull out a sink and a toilet and install a new toilet and vanity. Estimate of 3 hours comes to over $700/hour in labor costs. Are you serious? I was willing to pay the original estimate as agreed to.  I will never call your office again, and I recommend that anyone who reads this runs far away from this company, which doesn't appear to to trust it's own 15 year veteran on a price quote. Congratulations on losing a customer and being completely unreasonable, and wasting my whole morning.
