The flow rate of our main drain was starting to decrease and we wanted to get it taken care of before it clogged completely, so we looked for a local plumber and came across JJ Rooter.  When I called, Jorge was on the road, but he still took my call and gave me info about his availability and the baseline fee for the job.  I was grateful that he was available later that day.  He arrived when he said he would, was kind and professional, and was done with the job in about half an hour.  The sink drains great and we can rest that much easier!
