Damon and his brother showed up a day after I confirmed the estimate, they did a stellar job drilling a 2.5 whole into a Granite countertop. Cleaned up the dust and wiped off all dirt. I will use and recommend them!

I had two light switches that weren't working right, one not working at all, the other inconsistently.

Richard came and figured out both quickly and fixed them and went above and beyond to make sure they won't have issues for a long time. My lights work great now. He was at my house for just over and hour. Would be glad to recommend him to others.

I bought a '41 cottage with sweet original millwork. Unfortunately a previous owner had done a '90s bath remodel. ugh. Ted came in and restored it to my detailed specifications, giving me design input along the way. To my surprise he personally knows carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile setting (tiniest grout lines). And he completed the work with minimal disruption to our lives (it's our only bathroom!!) Yes I recommend him.

I found Yevgeny  through Yelp and I totally understand why he has 5-star ratings.  He was busy when I called so I left a voicemail and he called me back within 10-20 minutes.

I called 5 places to repair my water heater, and only Yevgeny was able to come in on the same day, even after 5pm.  Yevgeny has a passion for the work that is clearly evident; he gave me a lot of comfort and confidence that he did the best job anybody could.  

When it comes to pricing, Yevgeny is very reasonable and transparent.  It was a pleasure to hire him!

When our clean-out line became plugged up, we called Ongaro. Our lines were unusually built and unlike most others. David Weatherly came out and spent a few hours trying, unsuccessfully, to clear it but could see roots in the line near the clean-out through the water. (The back-up pressure had blown the cap right off the clean-out, blowing stuff all over the street during the night!) David was clear about what he believed the problem to be and developed an estimate for the repair - which we agreed to. It couldn't be done for about a week - so, because the Sanitary District told us we could not use water in the house in the meantime, we moved into a local hotel.
On the scheduled day for the work, David returned along with Mike Vella. Together, they put in a full day of digging, cutting and replacing an oddly configured clean-out line that was fully blocked by roots. We tested the system which they rebuilt as it should have been done 25 years ago - and it worked perfectly! The work was charged for the precise amount of the estimate. Both David and Mike were hard workers, clear communicators and really nice people.
If that were not enough to merit this rating, they noted that the water meter (next to the rebuilt clean-out, was running though no water was turned on. They suspected that the old pipe had a pinhole leak in it that was probably losing about 5 gallons a day and would likely get worse. I passed on that because of the anticipated great expense - but before they left, David noticed that one of our hose connections was dripping. He grabbed a wrench and tightened it. The meter stopped turning and the problem was solved!
I suspect that other plumbers may have missed that and gone ahead and replaced the main water line unnecessarily. Honest guys. Skilled guys. Really human guys.
