Beware of this company. They came out to check the outlet in the bathroom. He changed the plug and the breaker. Told me all my breakers need to be replaced and at risk for fire. He said that their company will go through my home insurance and it would only cost me me the deductible.
Next morning I went to use the plug and it doesn't work. I called them that morning and asked them to come back and fix the plug. They were supposed to call me back to make an appointment. They didn't call, so I tried calling their different numbers. All I got was a recording.
They charged me over $600 and now that they have ripped me off, they won't take my call.
Maybe they will take my attorney's call or the Better Business call that is who I will be calling next.
I noticed another review that was the same scam they told me, regarding replacing all the breakers because of the fire risk. That review also stated that once they get paid they have little interest in you.

Just dealt with Sam. He's a legend. Really fun and personable and was a complete straight shooter.
Really felt like he was trying to do right by me, and come up with the best solution. It's important because it would be easy to go to the most expensive solution and he didn't do that.
We're doing 2 projects now, and he'll be my first call when we do the next two.

They responded immediately to a serious situation. They did an immediate inspection (which helped us calm down) and came back the next day and fixed the issue. Their diagnosis of what was wrong was immediate and the problem fixed. They will be my go to electrician go to from now on. Yevgeny and his associate were great.

Kevin, a 3rd generation plumber, obviously loves what he does and is excellent. He's a craftsman with a great personality. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and gave me a reasonable quote for replacing our 26 yo water heater. If all the plumbers at Ongaro are like Kevin, this is one fantastic company.
