Shockingly good service. Timely, communicated well throughout and were just great guys to work with.

Came the next morning after I called. Had to order my parts and installed the same day they received them.

Recommended and installed necessary additional components to reduce the chance of failure in the future.

Very happy with their work and to have our heater back in order!

Did the work just fine. However, they are very expensive and no description of specific work done on the receipt. When I called for more info never received a call back.

We bought a new to us home in rural Vacaville with a very nice HVAC system that had a small issue that turned out to be just a maintenance issue I was not aware of. Ramnar returned my call and came out right away in the evening and did a full service check up on our system and even corrected an issue caused by the solar company that inspected our attic for a solar installation. He explained the system to me and was very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

We had a defective gas stove in living room. Despite three visits and charges it was not working. The area was freezing. Conor and Local Plumbing diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and the stove works like new. He even showed us how the remote control worked- no vendor ever bothered to do this.   In an area where there are so many options, you'd be well-advised to use Local Plumbing.

I had an appointment where they suggested the time and they didn't show up. I had to call in for them to tell me they couldn't make it. It's not easy arranging to be home during work hours so this was inconvenient and unprofessional.

Really wish there was a 4.5 star option because the install team was A++. The glitch was with misinformation at booking.
Monowar and Ahmad went above and beyond to right a bit of a mistake on the part of the chat team that booked my appointment. The online chat customer service rep indicated that they do not handle toilet orders and that I'd have to buy my own toilet before the installation date. Fine enough generally except I (like so many in the Bay) live in a quirky old Victorian house where it seams nothing is a standard size and it's often worth the up charge from a contractor to have an expert purchase hardware in case of irregular specs. My apprehension was correct. Several weeks, one broken and exchanged Home Depot toilet later and the installation team arrived to take one look at the toilet (I'd now had to pick up myself twice!) to realize the sizing was wrong. Thankfully, Monowar is a determined problem solver. Noted I was *very* pregnant and recognized this needed to be a job done ASAP. He managed to find a suitable model to pick up same day and even looked for discounts on my behalf. Ahmad removed the old unit while Monoway picked up the new one. Despite a HUGE hiccup, this pair pulled off the job not just same day, but still within the inicial window of time planned! They even offered to help load the Home Depot toilet into my car for me!!! Needless to say, they earned back all trust on their employers behalf. Albert Nahman Services, never lose these two. In fact, give them a raise. Because of them, you now have a loyal customer - and I'm sure I'll need a lot more work considering the aforementioned quirky old Victorian I live in. ;)

No call/No show. When I called about it, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism, enough that I came to write this review.

Okay buddy. More so, the other reviewer, Dean, is actually the owner, way to give yourself five stars.

Bottom line, don't hire this clown.

I have used Ongaro & Sons for years and I've been very happy with them. I recently had a leak in a pipe in our hydronic house heating system, and they did a great job fixing it as well as upgrading our system. Michael Woolf was great in putting it all together and then following up later to see if there were any adjustments that needed to be made.
