Mike Carroll reached out to me after my review and said he was interested in making things right. He agreed to pay the cost of a replacement countertop and the corresponding labor in full (including demo for the old countertop, installation of the new countertop, any needed drywall work, etc.), gave me a couple of names for people who might be able to do the job (but gave me no pressure to choose them), and came over with a check to start things off on the right foot so that I won't be out money in the meantime while we wait to see how much the total job will cost. He said if it goes over this amount, he'll be happy to pay it to make me whole again. He even offered to reinstall my old sink, after we determine when repairs will be made, so that we are not without a working sink basin upstairs for additional weeks in the meantime. I have to say I'm pretty shocked by his integrity and true interest in making things as right as they can be at this point (as no one has a time machine). Mike has restored my faith in him and his company, and I'm able to breathe easier today because of his actions thus far to right this situation.

Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.
