Such a professional and friendly company! I was very frustrated after being flaked on a couple times by other companies, so when I found San Diego Backflow Testing I was very satisfied. They were super professional and very fast to respond and get the job done! Jen got back to me right away when I called and when Adam showed up he was a nice guy, really knew what he was doing, and took care of my needs from start to finish. I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.
It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.
