I had a leak near my water main that needed immediate assistance. James arrived within about two hours and fixed the pipe, a major repair, on a Saturday. Really appreciate the kindness, responsiveness and professionalism.

It was the weekend before Mother's Day. I asked my hubby to fix the leaking shower in the master bedroom. I printed out the parts he needed to buy as well as the instructions on how to take the shower handle off and so forth.
Well, he broke it and when we turned on the water the pipes were leaking pretty bad. I wanted to call my friend who's hubby is a plumber but my hubby insisted on Bill Howe. I normally do not like name brand companies and prefer ma&pop kind of businesses but it was an emergency.
Someone came out, took a look at it and said they can do it the next day but they need to put a hole on the other side of the wall. The other side of the wall is a TV and all sorts of wires and no way my hubby was going to deal with moving all that stuff and then hiring someone to re-do the hole and then paint. He asked that the plummer not make a hole on the other side but just in the shower stall.
Since we were expecting a big hole in the shower stall, my hubby and I were picking out tiles and brainstorming how we want our bathroom re-done.
The next day, they came while I was at work. My hubby stayed home to watch them make a mess. I was dreading coming home to clean the bathroom after 9 hours of work on a Monday. It was tiles they had to cut through to make a hole.
Well, when I came home, I was impressed. It was CLEAN and the work done was PERFECT! Little debris here and there but nothing major to clean up. The hole they made wasn't big and PLUS they covered it up with a nice plate so the hole didn't need to be fixed nor was it showing. They also installed a new shower head and handle by Kohler, I think, and it works awesome.
Will definately use them again.
