The team of Alex, Layon and Ryan worked quickly and professionally  to install the new tankless unit which demanded lots of detailed installation work. Alex explained everything as the work progressed. It works perfectly and looks great. The price was midrange but we were happy to have it done right with no issues. This company is supposed to charge an hourly rate as posted on its website. This is not what happened in our case. When asked about the invoice that didn't match the hours worked or the verbal quote received, we were told that the employee was using an approximate round number to give you a general idea. Resolving the dispute became very personal and drawn out. We later hired another plumber to do additional work and had an entirely different and satisfactory experience.

Needed an expansion tank installed on our water heater. It was painless. Chris communicated clearly, arrived on time and worked efficiently. And he's a great guy to chat with. I will use SDFP again.
