Our rental property needed some plumbing works after the refrigerator valve leaked. Call Pristine plumbing and Anthony came. Anthony was awesome!! Anthony replaced the refrigerator valve and found that washing machine cold/hot water valves need to be replaced as well. Anthony also found that the water main is not working properly and is exposed to high pressure from city water main which is damaging the old water main. He recommended it be replaced as well. A few days later, Anthony came again and replaced everything. Anthony's work is meticulous and just fabulous. Anthony is very responsive to and friendly. We would hire Pristine Plumbing and Anthony again the next time we have any plumbing problems.

We got Pristine to replace the very old water heater at the rental property. Pristine's price is super competitive so we contracted them. Rueben came and did a great job. The work was detailed and professional. Pristine also cleaned up everything too. Rueben is very accessible and friendly. The new water heater is doing great now! If our primary residence needs a new water heater, we would call Pristine and Rueben first!!

My water heater went out after about 8 years so I decided to give Powers Plumbing a call, they provided me with same day service and an hour later a technician arrived to asses the problem on day 1, most plumbing companies charge by the hour in labor to asses the problem wether or not they get to the root cause, in this instance it was unknown what the problem was after the plumber was over for an hour before they left. They did research and gave me all my options when I called on day 2 (I got a second opinion from an experienced friend and it all aligned correctly with what they told me) long story short, turned out I needed a new water heater. As I called on day 2 the lady the lady recognized my voice and greeted me by name, over the phone I let them know I was on a very tight budget as I knew this would be a significant unexpected charge because I knew I needed a new water heater, they did their very best to work with the figure I gave to them and were in and out within 3 hours with hot water restored again, no more cold showers! They even waived the cost of the 1st day assessment since they could not find the problem the first day. These guys will be my go to guys for my plumbing needs as they were up front and honest with me, the technicians were also very nice and worked very hard and fast to get the job done.

Had the first appointment that was suddenly rescheduled in the time frame the appointment was for.  That was super frustrating but okay things happen.  We rescheduled for a few days later.  Apparently another thing happened.  That appointment got canceled, not rescheduled.  My husband had to follow up the next day to see when to reschedule and we were told he could not fulfill his commitment to the appointment.  What a waste of our time.  We could have called several other companies but it was our fault for relying on this company.
