What i appreciate most about this company is how honest, thorough, and up front they are. I had an issue with the plumbing in my downstairs bathroom and needed it fixed (especially with the holiday coming up, i will be having guests over). Anyways had these guys come out and take a look and in my head, i was thinking this would cost a lot more than what they actually quoted me. It was actually a really simple fix and they just needed to replace a few things and they were on their way. They gave me the bill and I was happy to pay it. Everything works great now and couldn't be happier with how the interaction went. 5/5 highly recommend

The Bill Howe team, from the first leak detection expert through the restoration project manager were helpful and experienced.  A flood in the kitchen we thought was a slab leak turned out to be a broken dishwater inlet.  Bill Howe Restoration team worked closely with our insurance carrier to get approval for all of the work, which included all new flooring and new cabinets.  They did a remarkable job and kept us informed during the entire process.
