Special thanks and kudos to Luis Mascareno and Victor Santana for saving the day for us!  Yesterday afternoon, Luis came quickly to give us an estimate after we discovered a severe water leak on our front water system.  After setting up an appointment for today, these two men arrived early morning ready to tackle this difficult job until it was successfully completed!  It is now 7:30 p.m. and these two gentlemen were not going to leave until the job was perfect!  We are so pleased with the attitude, professionalism and ability of these two gentlemen.  We are now converts to Bill Howe thanks to Luis and Victor...turns out those commercials are true!  Bill Howe employees know how!
