Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

James was terrific! He returned my call within the hour and explained the whole process and why it is required by San Diego. His communication was great and within a few days he was at our property and conducted the test. We received results that we passed and he sent the certificate onto the city!
