Austex Sprinklers came out to repair a broken valve in our system. Upon inspection it turned out that the problem was possibly more extensive (and expensive) than originally expected. Alex was upfront with pricing and took care to explain everything that was wrong and what it would take to fix it. It turned out the he was able to fix the problem for less money than he originally thought which was great news. That's not something you usually hear from repair guys in any industry.
