These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

They are GREAT!!! Jose and his crew did about 2 days worth of projects and jobs around my house-- and I was very pleased with the results. Jose was very clear and reasonable with explaining the work he could do for me and the prices were fair. I am very relieved to find someone that is reliable and efficient. I hate plumbing.. absolutely hate it... Today, David Delgado came out and fixed my sink. He was courteous, quite and quick. I started asking him how much he would charge to also fix my leaky kitchen sink and he did it right on the spot at no extra charge. He also dug out some tiny piece of something foreign that was making my garbage disposal make frightening sounds.... Again, no extra charge... I will call 1st Plumbing again.. Thank you, David... You were fantastic.

Our AC went out at 7pm on a Saturday night with 4 tired small children who needed to go to bed!  BUT it was 86 degrees in the house...insert Ramon Guerra with Fox AC Service Company after hours.  He was there in an hour--a little earlier than he had originally said!!  He called like he said he would and communicated very well.  And he kind, funny and knowledgeable.  He had the part he needed on his truck and fixed the unit in 1/2 an hour.  He even wore booties inside the house.   I am so thankful for him so my husband and I didn't have to load up a baby, toddler and two young kids and find a hotel room!!
