Best Backflow Preventer Maintenance in San Antonio TX

We used Superior when we were fixing a sprinkler when selling our house and they were great. When we needed irrigation installed in a new house a few years later we looked to superior first. We did get competing bids and although some were lower the overall value and warranty provided was why we ultimately went with Superior. Although there was a little hiccup getting someone to give us an estimate that was quickly taken care of. The install only took a few hours but there a few issues with a little damage to our fence and greater than expected/normal damage to our sod. We talked to Jacob since he was there overseeing the team and he remedied the issue right away. A big factor with when choosing a vendor, besides price and the product, is how they respond to issues after they've been paid. Superiors customer service is great. I would use them again in the future.

His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. Wow! I reached out last night after discovering my backflow gushing water and George was able to come out the very next day. He quickly discovered the problem and explained what was happening. Mark Cruz of 'State of Matter' plumbing and backflow services repaired and replaced our old water heater. How old? Well, the manufacturing date on the heater was from ~20 years ago, THAT's how old.
