I got an appointment the same week. Two guys came out and replaced my sprinkler head; fixed the wires for the rain sensor; and got my box to work properly. I had written the wrong amount for payment, over charging myself, and they came back to tell me so I wrote another check for the correct amount. Mark Cruz of 'State of Matter' plumbing and backflow services repaired and replaced our old water heater. How old? Well, the manufacturing date on the heater was from ~20 years ago, THAT's how old.
