Best Ant Extermination in San Antonio TX
Tried to schedule a basic lawn mowing and edging with them.
Went to their online website and correctly filled out their online
scheduling with all the requested details. Scheduled it for a Thur in the AM. Thur came and went and no one came or called to take care of the lawn. I called them and got an extremely unhelpful customer rep who put me on hold about 5 different times to check something yet everytime she came back she never found anything helpful to help me with and we had the same conversation over and over me explaining I scheduled online and no one went. She must have asked me for the address 5-6 times and asked me to spell the street name another 5-6 times and she just couldn't grasp how to spell it which after all this she tells me we need to reschedule because they show no record of my appt and she acted like what was I thinking scheduling online. Why do you all have an online scheduling service if you don't actually follow up or use it is the question I'm thinking. After all this I explain that I already waited a week and I needed them to expedite it please. She said they wouldn't do that and they wouldn't mow it until they go out and bid it and then I approve the bid and reschedule them. I explained it's a simple small yard, nothing special that I am fine paying the range of what they charge for that and I want them to mow it when they go not have to wait another full week to approve the bid and then they go a second trip. She told me this wasn't possible which made absolutely no sense. I told her I wasn't happy with this and she could care less and provided no helpful insight or service. Would never use or reccomend them. Very difficult to work with, not helpful and horrible online scheduling because after I did it all right they acted like I was crazy and shouldn't have scheduled online.
