Jordan explained the situation about the plumbing back up. He was very quick he let us know exactly how much did a wonderful job I would recommend them to anyone.

It was time to have my septic tank drained.  I called and spoke to Linda. She put me on their schedule for Monday evening.  I then called back to see if they could fit me in sooner.  I spoke with another woman who said they could fit me in at 10:00 am Sunday.  Great!..I thought.   Well there was a mix up and that appointment was never scheduled so nobody arrived.    I called and spoke to Linda again and explained the situation....I was not happy.  Long story short, they took care of everything and Jeff came out at 5:00 on Sunday evening.   5:00 pm on a Sunday!!... Unheard of...try getting a hold of another company on the weekend.  

Everything worked out well and I was very happy with the service!   Would recommend.  ****HUGE PLUS = they answer the phone AND work on weekends!!      (just make your appointment with Linda :) )
