Called Roto-Rooter after I got an exceedingly high and suspect quote from a competitor.  I should have just called them to begin with.  Dispatch was friendly and knowledgeable - even the operator knew that what I needed was NOT what their competitor quoted me!  She was so friendly and reassuring.  She assigned me a service window of the next two hours.  As soon as I hung up with her, I got a phone call saying a plumber was on the way.  Fred arrived and was clean, honest and courteous.  The job that was deemed un fixable by a competitor was handled within 1/2 hour for half the price.  I could not be happier with my experience. This is the second time I have used Roto Rooter, and I am completely happy with them all over again.  Loyal customer for life. Thanks!

Make sure you get an estimate first, take out your phone and take a picture of the quote, because mine grew by $280.00 dollars from the time he wrote it down till the time he came back with a receipt...   Have never been so disappointed!
