I live in Florida and called this business's number for assistance to help determine what was needed to repair a relatives home in Desoto. Chris drove by their home and gave me a professional opinion. Although he wasn't able to do the job, he was very helpful to help me determine what direction to take to help our relatives.

We are attempting to get a refund. We have had no contact for almost a month. He stated that the work would take a week, yet, 4 weeks later he still had not shown up that was 3 weeks ago. We would like a refund. We have spoken with his brother who stated that he would get in contact with us about a refund. Haven't heard from him.
