After some initial communication problems, (turns out that Jeremy accidentally dropped his phone in his pool!) he was very apologetic and came out very quickly to repair my broken washing machine. The fact that he made it out right before Thanksgiving, and right before my kids drove up from L.A. with their usual bunch of dirty laundry made me happy. Unfortunately, the repair required an expensive mother board replacement, but that's the way everything seems to be designed nowadays. The washer works great now and he even threw in a free sink unclogging and a discount on some parts because of our rough start. He seems to be very capable and knowledgeable on all aspects of appliance repair. Nice guy too. I would definitely use him again.
