I reached out to Sam to fix all of the items on our home report from a recent home purchase and he has been really easy to do business with since our initial call.  Today he came over and took care of all of the outstanding issues on the report in a couple of hours and he really took the time to discuss problem areas with us and give recommendations.  There were a couple items on the list I did not think he would be able to fix and they were not a problem for him. Shah was punctual, polite, efficient and did an excellent job on rerouting plumbing and electrical for a new washer dryer set out of our basement and up stairs. His price was very fair. He left the job site clean. It is evident that he is intelligent and capable. It was a pleasure to work with Shah and we will be calling him again for future work.
