I was in deep doo-doo and that's a mild term. Bobby came out quickly and did a diagnostic, clearing pipes, and estimate for repair. OMG. I'm still in shock over the seller's non-disclosure, and arguing with warranty company about what options I may have; maybe none, but the story is far from over. I'm hoping to have Pain in the Drain do the work because the process with them has been effortless; everything explained and options presented.
    I'll update the story as it happens. I've had the displeasure of dealing with other plumbers, and know a solid person when I meet one. This company is a definite SOLID outfit.
