Best Deck Repair in Sacramento CA

Crayne Const.,recently repainted,  all of the wood exterior of our Land Park home,  Ranch Acres-color.  They also repainted the Corbels, and the Wrought Iron Gates which were Expresso Brown in color.
The following week, we had a plumbing situation that Jake Crayne took care of, expeditiously.  Quality, Price and Dependability is what Crayne Construction provided.

Had them fix our banister railing. He was able to fix quickly much more sturdy than before. Area was cleaned after work was done.

Jason D'Angelo responded quickly to our request for estimate, was prompt, very polite, and his company got the job done well within the estimated time. The price was very good and the work was professional. Will be calling this company again!

Joedy and his group have done multiple jobs for us over the last several years.  They gutted and custom remodeled our kitchen.  They added a second bathroom and walk in closet and most recently, they added a beautiful deck between our house and our pool.  Besides being great craftsmen and knowledgeable contractors, they are also all very kind.

Quick in and quick out, good work and fair pricing.

Would recommend to anyone.

Seems too short for a review, just a simple job of fixing garbage disposal what else I can say....

Polite and responsive handyman. Was able to make a few small repairs same day at a fair price.

Needed to have an interior door installed (after a failed DIY attempt). Damien was one of the first to respond to my Yelp request. He first gave me a general estimate, but when I provided some pictures and additional information, he gave me a more precise estimate. Based on competing quotes I received, the cost was reasonable.

Since I was arranging the work long-distance, I had to coordinate among myself, Damien, and a relative. This wasn't a problem.

Damien said he could come by at noon and he, along with a colleague, showed up exactly on time. He completed the work as promised at the price he quoted. He even did a little extra beyond reinstalling the door itself with no additional charge. He stayed to make sure some wood putty he used dried properly.

All-in-all, a very good experience. I would hire Damien again.

My review is entirely based off my experience with William (the owner) and the office staff. William came out and gave me a quote on three projects totaling roughly $10,000. I informed him I was going to rent out my house and that I wanted everything done before the tenants moved in and gave him a specific date. Once I hired them it all went downhill. The morning his crew was picking up materials to build the deck, I sent William a reminder picture of the design I wanted and we previously discussed. Once I got home the design was the opposite of what I wanted. They were 1/3 way done so there was no turning back. When I brought it to Williams attention and he didn't even bother to apologize for neglecting to communicate with his crew. Sadly, everyone on his crew apologized except for him and he is the one who dropped the ball. Needless to say the three projects were not completed before the tenants moved in. Once you pay them the communication is rare and professionalism is lost. If you hire them make sure to ask for copies of receipts. There were several questionable charges of supplies, I paid for that were either not needed or they kept the remaining material. The worst part was when the office threatened to put a lien on my house for an unpaid balance of $495 within a few weeks after completion of the projects. The receipts were in the mail and we were still finalizing a precise figure based off of material returns credited to the account. I was in no way attempting to not pay the remaining balance. Crew five stars very talented and really nice guys. If I could hire them without going though Caldwell construction I would in a heart beat for future projects.
