Roto Rooter was out here July 10th due to my sewer system backing up.
They provided a 90 Day warranty free of charge. Thank goodness, because today we experienced the sewer system backing up again. I called and they immediately dispatched Adam R.
Adam R. was great! He was knowledgeable, skilled at his trade, and took pride in his work. He didn't just punch and go. He took his time, slowly advancing the snake, paying attention to resistance, and sound. Seriously skilled at what he does!
Eventually removing the snake, it was wrapped with so many tree roots!
I had to ask, is that the most you have ever seen? Because it was A LOT.
