Tim gave me his estimate and I approved online which was really nice, no worry about verbal dis-agreements because it was all laid out in the estimate. Tim was punctual, professional, able to complete the job within his time estimate and did a great job (even vacuuming the sawdust when he had to saw some wood, in the backyard). Will definitely be calling Jim for any future projects.

Matt came out to fix a vent that was almost three stories up in the back of our house.  He arrived on time, was super friendly, and his price was very reasonable.  We are very pleased with the work Matt did and will definitely hire him again to help with issues around the house.

I needed two small repairs for two plumbing issues resulting from poor work by our kitchen contractor (I will be updating a review on Kitchen Mart next). I had a leaking sink strainer on my bar sink and my main kitchen faucet had leaked, causing significant dry rot to the wood deck under my counter. Both issues were caused by the Kitchen Mart installer using silicone caulk instead of plumber's putty. To make matters worse, they had stripped the ring on the strainer and used caulk to hold it in place. Long story short, Sam fixed both issues quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing and why. I will definitely refer him to others and use him again when I run into something I can't do myself.

No contractors license with the CSLB. Be aware.... he's doing plumbing and electrical with out license and insurance.

It's not useless because when you burn down a house or flood someone's house they won't have any recourse because you are unlicensed and uninsured.
