Called Golden Rule Plumbing Services to come out and put in a new kitchen faucet and to look at a tank filling problem I had with one of my toilets. Joseph the owner came personally and was prompt and answered all of my questions with straightforward honesty. The pricing was very reasonable especially compared to some of the big box companies.  The job was done and all water was flowing in no time at all. Also everything was left neat and clean just as it was when he showed up. Thanks again for coming out promptly and I will definitely be using Golden Rule again in the future!

Took off work and waited at home for four hours.  Contractor never called or showed.  Really??  I called only to find out it may be another hour.... Really???  Terrible responsibility on their part. Tried to get them to come first thing in the morning.. Not!  I guess they are too busy and too big for their britches.
