Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Raleigh NC
I truly can't describe the professionalism, courtesy and incredible customer service of this company. We had a major plumbing issue at our house on a Saturday (three sinks and two toilets all leaking at the same time and water raining through the ceiling of our kitchen), and I called every plumber listed, left a message concerning the emergency, and they are the only one who not only called back, but the owner actually came to our house after he finished a job he was on at 5pm on a Saturday! He was more than willing to help us, and I honestly felt like he treated our family the way he would want to be treated - the Golden Rule. After telling him I wasn't sure we would be able to hire him without prior authorization from our Home Warranty company, he told me he could take a look at everything for me anyway because he likes to help people. If more companies lived out this philosophy, the world would be a less stressful, more kind place. Golden Rule is the Chick-fil-A of plumbing providers in the Triangle. We recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My husband and I usually do most of the repairs my parents need at home. During the pandemic, we have been unable to visit. When My father replaced two outside lights and lost power to part of the house, they called Michael and Son. My parents agreed to a $169 emergency charge. The person who took their call refused to give them any sort of estimate for the work. The technician came out and told them he'd have to charge for removing and reinstalling the lights. The process involved a few screws, uncrossing two wires, and reattaching the screws. The whole process took under 30 minutes. The invoice showed a charge for $230 for one lamp, $88 for the other, plus the $169. I find this insanely ridiculous for the time and effort it took to do this work. Had my parents not been an elderly couple, I wonder if they would have charged them such an exorbitant fee. Not only that, it took at least five calls to get any sort of explanation for the charges. The explanation was utterly ridiculous, claiming that the $88 charge was a deeply discounted charge for unscrewing and reattaching a light having done nothing to it at all. Stay away from these abusive jerks. No wonder they give away money to schools. They are trying to make themselves feel better for their predatory behavior
