I've had some plumbing issues with a new house and I have met with multiple plumbers about the issue and have been disappointed with their competence, particularly when it comes to knowing plumbing code and designing/installing systems properly. William Parrish is clearly the outlier around Raleigh. He knows his code and understands modern plumbing requirements - and what's necessary to make them work as intended. He went above and beyond for me and I have complete confidence in recommending him.

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

Loved that andy arrived early and wore a mask. He diagnosed the problem and realized significant urgency so he cleared his afternoon to fix our problems. Andy replaced a garbage disposal, distribution system pressure guage in the crawl space, snaked a toilet and sealed a shower drain all within a few hours. Great efficiency! All work is covered by warranty plus the garbage disposal has a 3 year warranty.

Just had a gentleman from Plumbing Solutions at my house to change out a leaky faucet and fix a running toilet. He was very friendly, professional, gave us helpful tips and cleaned up after he was done. Very happy with the work and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

We have had terrible luck with plumbing services; either vastly overpriced or unreliable and neglectful. Wes from RTP was honest about when he could be here, responsive to texts and updates, finished in less than hour (even with leaving to pick up parts) and very reasonably priced.

The Art of Plumbing is the best. We have had hot water heater issues for more than a year because one or perhaps all 3 companies stripped the anode bolt on our water heater. We decided to replace the water heater with a heat pump water heater. The first company we contacted said they don't do those type water heaters. A second and third company were contacted but failed to follow through, perhaps due to the complexity of shutting down an existing solar water heater. Regardless, my family was getting by on luke warm water for several weeks. The Art of Plumbing contacted us immediately, a day to assess what we needed, another to write up an estimate and a third day to fully install the water heater, start to finish.
