I sent out a request for quote via Yelp on a Saturday - as found a leaking pipe in the kitchen. Josh quoted within 30 minutes. Josh arrived on time Monday morning as we had scheduled and he performed the work quickly and very professionally. He knew exactly what he was doing and had all the parts with him. Price was as estimated and affordable. Thanks for a great job Josh. I highly recommend this company for plumbing work.

They tried to help but the plumber was located in Salem and so the charge was going to be very high because of the travel time.  I found a plumber who is closer.

The plumbing in my house backed up. When i googled roto rooter, a bunch of other companies popped up saying $85-$93 drain cleaning services.

I decided to call roto rooter and let the gal know the plumbing had backed up and asked if she had an idea of price, she told me they would need someone to assess before giving me a quote.
She gave me a time frame of when the people would be arriving and even said they might be earlier but they showed up late. I told them the problem, they came in my house and saw my bathtub and then said it would be $469 to fix. I was utterly SHOCKED by this price. Didn't feel like I had much of a choice as I had already waited hours for them to arrive and getting another company out could take even longer-- will not use them again

If I could give them nothing I would.  Call them and they told me they would be here between 6-8.  815 rolls around and no one. I called them and dispatch tells me they don't have a plumber til June 8th. But they told me between 6-8 when I called. I wouldn't use them at all.
