Excellent service. Prompt, knowledgeable, got right to work and had no unexpected glitches that would translate to more time and money. Straight forward from the time of estimate through the conclusion. Removed an old range hood and installed an over-the-range microwave. I'll be calling them back for my other electrical needs.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I've had two bad experiences with Enoch in the last two weeks:

1- I just paid thousands of dollars switching to a tankless water-heater. Enoch sent 1 employee for the complete install. After 12 hours of work the employee admitted he doesn't know why the system has bad water pressure and the next morning it took over 2 minutes for my kitchen sink to start to get warm water. I never had those problems before. I've tried reaching out and they are yet to respond. Last words to me were that I need to pay more to add a filter for hard water... something they never tested before the install. They are great at giving quotes and terrible at following through

2- I tried to get a quote on fixing airflow to my back bedroom. Two employees came and one of the young gentleman told me it's not even worth it for us to do this. I later received a quote for $8000 to completely change all my duct work. Another company quoted me $250 and said it was an easy fix

Work is not eye popping but their prices are.  They are supremely expensive and you are guaranteed to find better prices somewhere else. Attitude is also not the greatest. Will most definitely be going somewhere else in the future.

I had a great experience with A#1 Air. I was far from an easy customer needing a 40ft ladder and rescheduling my appointment multiple times due our townhomes getting a new roof put on.  A#1 accommodated me each time. The technicians Sam Andrei and Zach N were especially fantastic. They showed up and were extremely friendly and professional. They were able to get the 40ft ladder up on my unit with no problems and quickly serviced my units. They seem to be running better than ever before. I will definitely be using A#1 Air for my annual heating and cooling services in the future.
