I have had The TLC Group working on some remodeling on my garage this summer. They have had to straighten the front wall while reframing and replacing the door. It was leaning in. They did an excellent job of it. They also completely reframed the back door and replaced it. Also installing siding on all three sides of the garage. And installing a storm screen door on the front porch. They still have a little bit left to do but I thought I'd go ahead and let everyone know that if you want some quality work done. I reached out to Miguel via Yelp messages and he was very helpful. We were able to schedule an in person estimate and he showed up on time and in a mask. He gave me an extremely fair price and provided an electronic estimate on hanging two new light fixtures one of which was in the stairwell and required a ladder. He also gave us a fair assessment of an old peeling bathtub and did a great job painting it. It looks brand new!
As we continue updating our home piece by piece, w will definitely be reaching out to him for future projects!

Olshan claims to offer a lifetime warranty which will always be honored by other Cable Lock companies. However, I had my foundation repaired by another Cable Lock company that Olshan bought, and they refuse to honor that warranty. They say that they're not really a Cable Lock company anymore, they're a Cable Lock ST Plus company (they still use the same logo), as if that were an acceptable reason to renege on a lifetime warranty agreement.

I have no idea if there are other, more reputable companies who offer more reliable lifetime warranties, but it might be worth checking around before you commit to Olshan. A lifetime warranty on a foundation repair can be a valuable asset when you go to sell your house, and it's disturbing to learn that I no longer have one.
