They will force you to commit to them by saying that they will not book your appointment if you are still shopping around trying to see who can come the soonest to fix your Ac in115 degree temp. Fine, I committed, they set appointment for 3-7 pm4 hr window. Took off half day from work, waited the 4 hrs, no service tech. Started to make calls for ETA, I am being told he's still got two stops ahead of me. It's 9 pm now still no tech. I am getting a little upset, at this point I would like an actual eta but apparently that is too much too ask. On top of that I got a free lesson from Julie in their dispatch on fairness. Somehow I was the one being unfair for asking for the service I was promised when I committed to them. Somehow I was being selfish because you see the tech is helping other people right now. She actually started screaming at me asking if is this being fair of me that she should call other people and tell them that the tech has to leave in order to help me. So I'm the bad guy you see. So by now I am really heated up, no pun intended. It is 10:10 as of right now and the tech is still not here. Not only am I still hot cooked up in here for 8 hrs but now I got a guilt trip on top of it. I wonder if Julie ever thought that maybe it would've been fair for me if since I was forced into a commitment they would have kept their side of the commitment and have somebody here in within the  4 hrs window. Or at least not pressure people into not making other appointments. Maybe somebody else would've showed up hrs earlier. So with them is not what is best for you but what is best for them. But I'm still the unfair one as per Julie who finally hung up on me to top it all off. So this is the first and for sure the last time I will be doing biz withMr Brazil.
