Mike and his team did an amazing job extending unused floor-space, to make an office for us in our condo. They also added LED lighting to our home and did an excellent job. On top of that, the team was even able to add a baby-gate, as well as attaching a shelf to a wall for us. Besides the superb work, everyone was commutative, neat and meticulous. We will not hesitate to use Arizona Maintenance Service in the future!

The two man crew showed up right on time, the same day I got the quote. They put booties on as soon as they arrived to keep our floors clean, and they worked quickly to get my 3 toilets installed and my GFCI outlet replaced. The work only took 2 hours and 2 of the toilets are upstairs. Their pricing was also very competitive out of the 4 quotes I got, and their response time to my quote request on Yelp was extremely punctual (less than 20 minutes). I hired Everette after reading about him on the neighborhood app. Everette is the name of the company, and Phillip is the owner. I sent Phillip an email with a photo of the work I needed done. It involved fixing a hole in an exterior wall where we had something removed. He responded in a couple of hours with a quote.

We set up a time and he was here on time. He completed the work in about an hour or an hour and a half. He took time to protect our new concrete with heavy duty paper and matched the stucco to the existing wall. Overall, I am extremely pleased with his work. If you need handyman services, Phillip is a good person to call.
