Joe, our service technician, arrived on time and replaced our outside faucet bib. He also replaced  a section of pipe inside the wall where it leads to the outside. He used a much better faucet than the one I purchased.
He did a great job and charged us the price quoted by phone despite doing more than requested (better faucet and pipe replacement)!
Will definitely keep their number for future needs!

This is the second time I have used Modern Plumbing to solve my problems. We had a second floor big leak and Taylor was just great. He came when scheduled and found the leak quickly and fixed it fast. He also replaced the roman tub fixtures on the tub that were over 24 years old and leaking.
