Best HVAC Installation Or Replacement in Orlando FL

R J Kielty Plumbing Heating & Cooling Plumbing Service
Stay Away from this company. This company uses subpar beginner plumbers and will not stand by work performed by their staff. Called to have a new sink & faucet installed in my downstairs 1/2 bath and have the old sink relocated to an upstairs master bedroom, repair a leaking faucet and running toilet. They charged $499 and then the technician requested an additional $80.00 cash payment.

Called to have them come back and repair the leaking faucet after it was still leaking and newly installed pop up drain that does not pop-up.  Technical/Young Plumber came by looked at everything and called his office who refused to repair the work under their warranty program. Despite the fact that the original plumber had been fired for bad work and they are fully aware of he was not performing the work in a satisfactory manner.

Please take my advice find another company to do business with and avoid the loss of money and time I have experienced.  Plenty of other good companies to utilize for repairs.

Orlando AC And Plumbing Plumbing Service
Luis was amazing. I usually do everything myself to save money and be sure the job is done right but installing a new ac unit is something I did not want to take on. Luis was affordable, professional and did a top notch job. I would highly recommend Luis, he truly went above and beyond what I expected. GREAT WORK!

Tried to get this company to come out and fix the A/C but because I am not the home owner they guy on the phone said there was nothing he could! That is ridiculous I told him the owner was at the store and will be back soon but again nothing he could do! I would have paid damn near anything to get the air fixed but oh well I have a another company way!

ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing Plumbing Service
Hard Service one look at ac. Tech was on time but could not get valve open to check level of refrigerant. Charged 99 dollars for service call and left.
Service one sent second tech next day with control board, told me this should fix it. Then tech stated that the freon was low and added 4 pounds of A410 refrigerant for 115 per pound ok. I asked if it was the board or the low refrigerant and tech said it was both. Then charged me about 300 for the board with a 50-dollar board return. I asked tech if I could keep board and he said it would be 750 dollars.  But only gave me 50 for return. Looked board up on line 179.00 What?  Ok you win.   When I got the bill there was a charge for leak detection 100 and some dollars. Ok, but then the tech said if refrigerant leaks out again you will have to replace the coils in the air handler.  Well, if there is a leak and I paid to locate it should we not fix it now, so I don't have to refill the freon again. What do I know, right.
Called that day to get answers and was told that the owner would get back to me on Monday, never received call back.  Left two massages no return call.
If you like poor customer service, I would, call Service one for you air conditioning service.  I will never use them again.
Tech attitude became very combative when asked about control board and the need to replace it.
Some calls to Service one's office were done by my wife for me because of my work hours.
