We paid top-dollar for a septic sump pump with 3 year warranty from Brownie's. They didn't install correctly and it stopped working in 16 months. Now, they decided to not honor the warranty with some lame excuses and trying to sell me a new overpriced install. They are not getting any business from me, my friends or my neighbors.
