Thought I would be safe dealing with this company that has been around forever. Management is terrible. If your project needs management involved for a proposal and/or overseeing of a job - think twice!!  The short version is that they did camera work for us. After many red flags we decided to part ways (no contract had been signed) and we asked for the recording of the work on the jump drive that they promised to give us. They informed us that they could not provide the recording because it was poor quality. When we asked for a refund they refused to compensate us in any way (we even asked for 50% back). We requested help from our credit card company as they were unwilling to take any ownership for their sloppy work. Instead of doing the right thing and fixing their mistakes they slapped a lien on our property. They essentially stole $850 from us. Read their response to our grievances on google.
