Customer service is important. I've had a couple great experiences from Everly. I called and spoke to someone about replacing my very old AC, which means $$$. He asked questions and took my information and told me Becky will be calling me to schedule.  Becky never called so my business went elsewhere. I don't do follow up calls after being detailed the 1st call.
