Best Drain Installation in Omaha NE

Great plumbers! Had about 6 different companies come out. Quoted anywhere from 2K-6K with a large pipe needing replaced. J&T quoted about 1,500, and said it's a totally different section of pipe than all the other companies said. Come to find out, they were the ONLY company who knew what they were talking about. They also got the job done for only $750! 10/10 would recommend! :)

I called them about a quick emergency, they came out within minutes, and proceeded to complete the job in a professional and timely manner....... it's good to see our Younger generation still taking an interest in the trade.....Really enjoyed his work ethic!!!!!

They do a great job. Quick response when we needed our kitchen sink drains fixed. I called in the morning and they came to fix it before noon. Very polite and professional.

Thorough, efficient, and exhausted all options before they came to a conclusion about what needed to be done to remedy the drain issue I've been having in my upstairs sink. And after all the time they spent over 2 days, didn't charge as much as I thought they would.

(Unlike the previous drain guys who immediately wanted to tear s*** up, and charged me 50.00 for nothing!)

My friend and I needed help hanging something and he went the extra mile and helped us out! Spent a solid extra 20 minutes and refused tip. Professional and kind. If the rest of the business is anything like him, I highly recommend their services.

Common questions asked before a plumber scheduling: How long since you've had your pipes cleaned? Would you like to request a plumber you've had satisfied results with in the past? How fast would you like your service? Would you be willing to rate your experience with the plumbers performance? What time does your husband come home from work?

The service crew was on schedule, and the work was completed in short order. In fact, the entire basement work area was completely cleaned after the crew had finished the ir service call.  I have used Viper Drain in the past, and they have the most courteous and respectful service techs of any service related company.

We had issues with our faucet and disposal so I called 402 Plumbing Services. Fernando arrived at the quoted time and got to work right away. He wasn't able to fix our disposal due to missing parts but fixed everything else! I would recommend him and his partner to anyone!!

2 phone calls over 2 weeks looking for some water heater work to be done. No reply. Good thing it wasn't an emergency!

What a terrible excuse for a plumbing company. I had hired them to fix a leak at my house. First off they couldn't even find the stop box outside to cut off the water to the house and after I spend several days digging to find it, they came in and tried unsuccessfully to put a collar on it only to create a swimming pool in the front yard. Then they walked away and suggested I hire someone else to do it. Now they keep sending me bills for thing s they never did and threaten to put a lien on the property. I'm filing small claims action agains them for the $5000 in costs. Stay away from the ineptitude of this company

I wish I could give zero stars. Made a purchase on Facebook marketplace and paid through PayPal to Niagara Property Preservation. As soon as my charge was processed, I was not given any tracking or shipment information from the seller and ultimately was blocked so I could no longer contact them about my large purchase.

Scammer. Do not use this business.

MAIN DRAIN
Review: From the beginning we have always had a problem with out main drain and had to get the drain de-rooted about 3-4 times a year. After so many times they asked up if we would like to just talk to someone about main drain replacement. At any point my partner and I did not feel forced or over sold. With the outstanding performance, low cost and employees with great attitudes it was a pleasure to have out main drain replaced.  

Issues/Concerns: To give the good with the bad, we did have one issue when they took out retaining wall to the flower bed on the incorrect side. But they fixed it and brought in a landscaper. Not only did they rectify the issue but when the work was done they put the wall back into place and blended it into the flower bed into the wall and made a little area for our recycle and trash bins.

HEAT PUMP
Review: After the main drain replacement we had Burton offer us a free inspection of our heating and cool system. Come to find out, one of our exhaust pipes had a huge hole in it and could have one day suffocated us. We crunched the numbers and Burton's was happy to let us shop around. A day later we made the decision to go with Burton's. There were so many perks and they were the most cost effective. We not only received a free upgrade but as well part of a program that gives us discounts on routine replacement items, 10 year warranty, and a lot more.  With the replacement they did everything perfect and were able to move out water heater and fit all of the new items without taking up any other space. Not to mention we now have a humidifier built in. That would be my favorite item. I am a man of simple taste.

FINAL: If you are a shopper and want the best bang to your buck Burton's is it. If you are money conscious talk to them and let them know what you are looking for in a price range. If you get multiple service they can work on price as we did. AND MOST OF ALL IF YOU WANT TO SHOP AROUND TELL THEM AND THEY WILL NOT BE OFFENDED OR GIVE YOU FALSE HOPE FROM DOING SO. They know they are the best and you will find out. If anything always spend that little extra and you will never regret as their service is top notch. They will address any problem and DO NOT tack on any hidden fees if something happens. Ex: When we had a main drain clean, they stated they needed a person to come out to scope the drain to see where the issues were at. Other companies I only call and asked about them cleaning the old drain were outrageous, THEN they wanted to charge $100+ to scope it.

Give them a chance to come out and inspect out house. Who knows they may save you like they did us from a possible catastrophe!

(And just an FYI for people reading, I am a VERY critical person and if I feel a company has done wrong you better believe that I will blast it all over review sites. But this is one of the first full positive reviews I have done)

this company is fantastic!  great communication, always shows up quick to fix my plumbing needs, and fair pricing.  Not sure why the low rating on Yelp because they are rated 4.8 times n other reviews.

Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes.  I am still stuck with the same problem.

I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.

I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.

Contracted this company to perform ground work on a new bathroom in basement. Asked them to complete plumbing ground work and would finish the rest the next spring. After multiple delays while they worked on larger commercial clients that took priority, they left the job in shambles. The concrete work was sub par and is cracked/buckling. They left an in-ground drain pipe for a future shower uncapped which leaked under my basement concrete floor and caused widespread buckling/cracking. They also left an upright drain that they were supposed to route my shower drain into uncapped and simply stuck a rag in it. This did not stop sewer gasses from leaking inside the home. I have been unable to communicate with them reliably and all they will do is send me invoices for the full amount of the quoted work. I now have a shiny new collections account with them for the full amount, not even a discount for the unfinished work. They also installed new toilets (well, tried) at my grandparent's house and left that job unfinished as well. The worst part is, this business is owned by the son of a family friend who ran a business with the utmost integrity and respect for the customer. Truly shameful...
