I've been knowing the owner of the company for a while now, anytime I have any issues with plumbing they are the first person I call. I've never had any issues with them overcharging me or being dishonest about how much work I need for my job.

We have worked with a a handful of contractors (big and small companies) in the last few years and none of them can compare to Scott and his team. Scott was professional, reliable, had excellent communication, and his workmanship was outstanding. Our experience from meeting him for the bid to the final walk through was amazing. We have struggled with our furnace going out when the artic cold fronts come through under 25degrees. It would work ok above 25 but not below 25 degrees, when we desperately needed it. Dense Mechanical was prompt to help us out and did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
