I watched the quality of work and attention to detail as William installed the system. Plus they changed out two pipes and a stainless steel flex hose at no charge. I called on Monday. William the estimator was here the next day and he installed it one day later. He is personable, professional, and articulate. He made it clear that he does not work on commission (apparently Yes Plumbing and other plumbing companies do) and was only here to do the job I requested, but was open to discussing other plumbing needs that I may have (I don't). He arrived on time and competed the work in within his estimated four hours. It would take one to two minutes for the hot water to reach our kitchen and second bathroom. It now takes less than 15 seconds. Vegas Strong is not a chain, it is a local family own business, which is another reason we chose them.
