We were having problems with our hot water and it turned out the fire in our hot water heater had gone out. It was late Sunday night, and the heater supplied all the tenants in my building. After initial contact I found out that Jorge was in the area. He was able to come to my home in just 15 minutes, showed me how to restart the pilot light and everything was working again in just 10 minutes. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
