He did it! I called several architects trying to get a permit to add a shower to my recreation room. I got several call backs saying a permit couldn't be issued for the work it wasn't allowed. I got 1 call back from an architect who told me I should check with a master plumber that it would be more cost effective than  an architect but he was also doubtful that a permit could be obtained for the project. I found Mr Farr's listing on Craigslist and I gave him a call. He's excellent! He came assessed the area gave me an estimate and time frame and it was a smooth process and wrapped up on time. My work is complete my permit was approved and my job is legal. I highly recommend his services it's very refreshing to meet a professional who is honest. He didn't try to upsell me. He explained the entire process and I learned some valuable information. 5 STARS!

Working with Pete's Plumbing has been the only easy thing in my life lately. And I am not kidding. He is super responsive to calls and texts. He arrives on time or early (no joke). He is very clean and never  leaves a mess. He is very good at communicating and helps me understand what exactly the problem is and what the fix will be. He is honest in his pricing.  Pete is a great guy. I found him after my last plumber and general contractor left me in a bind. I called Pete and he came the next day. This is not the company to call if you are just a person in an apartment with a plumbing problem.  They have much bigger clients who will always come first.  If you're just one apartment they won't show up and they won't tell you and they won't care.  But they're supposed to be good for bigger, more expensive jobs.
