After talking to a number of plumbers, John was the only guy who gave me a clear, honest, straightforward answer.  And even though he couldn't help me (it's an unfixable situation)--his advice saved me perhaps thousands of dollars. Complete joke of a company. Called to make an appointment based on building recommendation and the earliest they could come was two weeks out. Called me that morning to say a bunch of their people called out sick and said they need to reschedule for 3 days from then--not the next day or day after. On the rescheduled day they were no where to be seen. Called and dealt with two awful people who were incredibly rude and said they couldn't come for another 2 days. Stay away from this company at all cost.
