I had to throw my hat in and speak up for the amazing support and work these folks did for us. Firstly, Lori-Ann was honest, super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to my questions and issues every step of the way, so Kudos to Lori, you are awesome!.

Secondly, to Tom and Joe, you guys are Amazing! they came by to look at an issue with one bathroom where i had a shower leak and leaky toilet, which i thought was simply a flange, they were honest about their findings and immediately and efficiently got to work on fixing the issue; the issue turned out bigger than expected and went above and beyond by actually going to home depot and getting the a new toilet for us (not something any company would do) since my wife was remote working, the kids were remote learning and i was working in the city! these guys and overall the company, was a life saver and we are more than pleased to give these folks as many stars as possible. will do business again for more work, you gained us repeat customer moving forward. I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men
