The drain in the bathroom was completely blocked, but the block was not close to the drain. The water could run for approximately a minute before It backed up which meant the clog was way down the line. I called Magee  plumbing and spoke to Marcus. He was just finishing another job and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was completely professional and got straight to work. He made sure to keep his work area clean and worked diligently to clear a very difficult clog. He used a 75 foot rotor rooter but the drain was still blocked. He didn't give up and used a different blade attachment on the Roto rooter and was finally able to clear the drain. After he cleaned up his work area And put his tools away, I asked if he had  jumper cables because the battery in my car had died. He told me that he had the same problem earlier that day and had a jumper box with him. He then realized that he changed vehicles and did not have it with him. He told me he had another job and would be coming back my way. He returned in a few minutes and helped me jumpstart my car. I can't say enough about his generosity. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs high quality plumbing work. After all the difficulties of this job his fee was much less than I was quoted from The national Rotor Rooter service company. Thanks again for going above and beyond! And doing such a great job!
