I called Natal's and spoke with Donnie. He was really supportive and helpful over the phone as water was shooting out of our toilet. We were able to get the water situation under control, but we would still need someone to come out. He was unable to get a plumber out to us that night but promised to have his plumber call us first thing in the morning, which they did. Their plumber, Rodney, came out to us the next morning and was timely and gave us a quote in writing before he started working and did a great job. He also took a look at another plumbing issue we had while he was at our home and has continued to assist us. I though their pricing was fair and will be using them in the future for any issues.
