Best Air Duct Cleaning in Nashville TN
Great service, repairs done exactly as requested! HVAC specialist took pictures and videos before and after repairs. I find that to be very helpful. Highly recommended!

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done.
They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling.
Taking pics of my A/C or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied.

Overcharged by a LOT to recharge air conditioner. R410A refrigerant is $23/lb for a 25lb bottle. I was charged $77/lb to fill my 12lb system. Very costly, making a 200% profit on refrigerant is pretty despicable

Trustworthy, dependable. Very happy with the plumbing work and AC work they have done.

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer . First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company . We went ahead and went with the Lee Company simply because of the companies reputation . The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units . The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work ! The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work . I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company . I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done . Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

To their credit they were punctual and communicated when they would come out, which happened to be the same day. They had a 95 dollar service fee which a lot of places have but most other places roll that into the repair if they do the work, with Hoffman that is not the case. My review is based solely on pricing as Hoffman was more than double what other plumbers quoted me. I was given a thorough estimate that explained each option to repair my water heater. The cheapest option was to replace a valve and would have cost 400 dollars plus the 95 dollar service call. I called around because the quote to replace the water heater was 2100 which to me seemed a little high because a water heater is 500-700 dollars and I can't imagine it would be 1400 dollars in labor. The second and third quotes were both under a thousand to replace the water heater. I am not sure if Hoffman does good work or not but based on the very high pricing I would not use them. They were very communicative and came out the same day which was good, but again just way too expensive.

I've had two experiences with Lee Company, one for electrical work and the other for a HVAC quote.
For starters, I booked an appointment and was given a four hour window of when the technician would arrive. I ended up having to reschedule because an hour and a half past the scheduled time slot, they still did not arrive. I ended up having to cancel and reschedule.
When the technician came out the next day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He was somewhat pushy with trying to pitch additional services and work.
All in all, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and the rate I was charged was reasonable. I was disappointed with the sales tactics and the tardiness but the technician did good work, the rate was reasonable, and he was courteous. I'm somewhat understanding of the tardiness due to the pandemic, but it was still pretty late even factoring that in.
I followed up with a HVAC quote (the first technician set that up). The second technician I worked with was also late. He was extremely pushy, and rude. Not only was I not told the truth (as I came to later find out), but he was incredibly rude and I had to pry to get basic information.
For example,
Me: What is the model you are quoting me?
Salesman:Why do you want to know? You wont find anything on it.
Me: Well this is potentially a big investment, so I'd like to do some additional research.
Him: How do you plan to research? Do you know people in the industry? You won't find anything.
Me: Well I would appreciate this basic info.
Him: Well I'll have to look up the model.
He also quoted a price and then used scare tactics if you go with another company, your house could be permanently damaged and you would be stuck with that damage. You dont want that, do you?
He also asked what other companies quoted the work. I was honest and told him that I planned to get 3 or 4 quotes, as this is a big investment.
He sneered and told me If you want to spend the time you can. You won't find another company that will do it cheaper, and if you do, they won't know what they are doing and you'll have some kid fresh out of school installing your HVAC and messing up your house.
He also asked what brand of unit I had been quoted and I said American Standard. He then said that We use Trane, which is better.
Me: Isn't Trane and American Standard the same thing?
Him: American Standard is a lesser make than Trane and is made differently.
When he left I did some research, and come to find out that American Standard purchased Trane's HVAC division in 1984, and they are now identical, with the exception being the name plate on the unit. Turns out they are made in the same places too.
I could provide other examples, but suffice to say, I couldn't wait until this guy left my house.
Needless to say, I will not be using Lee Company to meet my HVAC needs.

HORRIBLE! I am STILL dealing with them today, I've had no heat for 3 WEEKS! I have 6 children!! after their first 3 visits (none of which solved my problem) and 275.00$ later, they decided that I need a new heat exchanger and it would not only cost me 1200.00$, but would not be in for 7-10 more days! it is -8 degrees out side right now and freezing in my home! I have had to pay for me and my kids to stay in a hotel. only to find out that when I called in today that my part hasn't been ordered because they could not find it!! Their office will not return my call and will not give me any other options other than to REPLACE my whole unit for a whooping 7,500.00$!!! I called Fast Response today and they were out within 4 hours of calling. the technician James diagnosed it as a bad igniter. an 80.00$ simple fix! he also took the time to show me the so called bad heat exchanger and there were no cracks or rust. he also tried to DEFEND lee company saying everyone makes mistakes. so rather than bash a competing company fast response just fixed my problem and got us heating again!!! I'll update this as soon as LEE COMPANY refunds my money. they are a crooked, manipulative company. I would recommend Either fast response or roscoe brown. I've had Good experiences with both!

Huge dust problem in our house that I blamed on dog dander. Finally gave into wife's request to clean the air ducts. I believed this kind of service removed mythical dust. Josh and Colden came out and removed all the duct grills (which always seemed to be behind headboards or under couches), chimney swept the ducts and were done in a couple of hours. The filth they vacuumed out was amazing. Great job, no whining, friendly people, fair price.

We are a long term customer of Lee Company.
We have spent thousands of dollars with them. New AC unit, water pump, service fees, etc.
We recently called them because we are interested in connecting our emergency generator to the house.
To come and give us an estimate they charge us a $75 dispatch fee
When I tell them I don't think I should pay that for them giving me an estimate, they say that for small jobs this is the policy. That if a project manager had come we would not have to pay that fee. The thing is that they are the ones who decide who to send.
On top of all that, it turned out this is a 4K job and a project manager has to come and give the exact estimate. When I say, so now that this is a big job with a project manager, can you please wave the dispatch fee. They say they can't do that
This is a racket.

Bill Lee's (running for governor) company is the worst. I've been a customer for a long time with service contracts at several properties. This June I called (because I hadn't heard from Lee) to schedule spring a/c check and maintenance-they should've scheduled it with me as they did for years. When I called the operator told me that she would put me on the schedule for October. October? I said - that's too late. She said that because it got so hot so fast that they didn't have enough techs for regular maintenance and would only set up an appointment if something broke. I said I have service contracts on several properties and she said it didn't matter. She said, 'hopefully nothing will break til October' and I said let's hope. Fast forward to July. Early one Sunday morning I hear dripping. I went to the hvac closet and the a/c unit was rapidly dripping water. Spilling over the water heater onto the cement and under the wood flooring. I called to schedule an emergency call - they labeled it a work in not an emergency and the tech showed up at 4:00. He said the P drain was clogged with mold, this wouldn't have happened if regular maintenance had been performed in the spring. He said I still needed to schedule a service call which I did. I shouldn't have been charged for any call but (according yo John Davis, General Manager) But I was charged $100 and never was reimbursed. The floor bubbled up from the damage. Charlie Roberts, Manager and John Davis said they would fix it and then stopped answering phone calls from us. Many weeks have gone by and we called our insurance company because the damaged floor is upon entry to our condo and everyone trips on it - it must be fixed. Lee Co walked away from us. When I called last week and spoke with Lynn, I asked her to cancel my service contracts and get a refund for the contracts because I apparently paid for nothing. told her the whole story and she was sympathetic saying that she was familiar with me and that I was a good customer and always very nice and she would check with her manager and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. NEVER USE LEE CO!! And IF BILL LEE RUNS HIS COMPANY LIKE THIS HOW CAN HE POSSIBLY RUN A STATE!!! So disgusted.
